ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Jen. I am a professional with experience in learning design and strategy as well as product and project management who is passionate about user-centered, human-first design; servant leadership; and paying it forward both in and outside of work.

1. I thrive on fast-paced variety, which means when things are slow I like to support special projects, cross-train, and upskill. 

2. I love learning and education, however I strongly believe that the heart of learning is about skill-development; not college degrees and credit hours. 

3. According to Gallup's StengthFinder my top five strengths are Intellection, Arranger, Analytical, Restorative, and Achiever- meaning that I love strategic, data-driven approaches to work that help people and process thrive.

4. I am a bit of a professional chameleon in that I adapt to meet the needs and culture of my team and organization, whether that be moving from extrovert to introvert or upskilling to fill a need to taking a step back to let others shine. 

5. I do my best work when I am given clear requirements alongside creative license to meet the needs of the task, project, or team.
